Overall, the Touch Bar is integrated throughout the system and in Apple's first-party programs to make the MacBook Pro more accessible, productive, and manageable. Take Logic Pro X projects from desktop to mobile with GarageBand The desktop audio software works with the MacBook Pro Touch Bar, too.
If you have the original CDs, then they should include an installer, that puts the files in the right places.

Without the installer file it gets a little bit more tricky. Apple yosemite requirements.
Because thes are factory sounds, the installer stores them in the system directory. You can just drag them to the appropriate place manually, but that cause cause permission issues.
The Apple Loop are stored in the system Library directory /Library/Audio/Apple Loops/Apple/
The Instrument files are more complicated because they are stroed in the /Library/Applications Support/Logic/ or /Library/Applications Support/GarageBand/
In addition the Instrument files and samples (audio files are stored in different sub folders.
If you are not familiar with the file structure of GarageBand and Logic (both share many files and directories) then I wouldn't do it manually and rely on the installer file.
Hope that helps
